How to Complete the NDUS Data Privacy Training

To ensure all agents are aligned with security and privacy protocols, completion of the NDUS Data Privacy Training is required. This training covers important guidelines for handling sensitive information and maintaining compliance across NDUS-supported institutions.

Follow the steps below to access and enroll in the course through the NDUS portal and Blackboard system.

1. To access the Data Privacy course, log into Portal.NDUS.edu and select the Blackboard tile.

2. Select the Courses link on the left.

3. Locate and select the Course Catalog link in the upper right corner.

4. In the search box, type “NDUS Data Privacy” and select Go

5. Hover your mouse over the course name to reveal a drop-down list. Select "Enroll":

6. Enter the enrollment key “NDUSDP”. This key is case-sensitive, and there should be no spaces.

7. Select Submit, OK.
